Gizmo is a provider of Motion control Equipment and services for feature films and TV commercials. We have two "real time" portable Motion control systems. Our "Sorensen Gazelle" boomarm and our "Super-Mac" macro shooting rig are located in New Jersey, at our company home base, to service New York and northeast area clients.

We use Kuper Controls motion control software.  We can supply a Mitchell Fries 35mm camera with either package, or you can use your "RED", "PHANTOM", or other digital camera on our rigs. We also send out a Perception digital recorder on film jobs, to record moves frame locked to the Kuper motion control system, for accurate speedups of moves run at reduced framerates. For Red Camera, Arri Alexa or other digital camera systems we send an Adobe premiere system that takes HDSDI input and can playback at varied speeds in HD.

Gizmo has been providing motion control services for over 20 years.  We started with a facility in Midtown Manhattan and made the move to New Jersey in 1993. In March 2006 we moved to our newly constructed shop facility in Parsippany New Jersey.
